Where we deliver

EBS Company delivers to all governorates in Egypt. Orders are shipped from Cairo.

Shipping fees

• Cairo: 100 EGP flat rate per order
• All other governorates: 150 EGP flat rate per order

The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order confirmation and delivery time

After you place an order, we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order. Orders paid by InstaPay or mobile wallet ship after the payment is confirmed.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay / mobile wallet transfers (Vodafone Cash and others).

When your order arrives

Please check the package when it arrives and tell us about any visible damage within 48 hours. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
