These terms apply to all orders placed on ebs-company.org or through our WhatsApp, phone and social media channels. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
EBS Company is an online store selling smart home and Tuya IoT devices in Egypt. Contact: 01158433480 (phone and WhatsApp), info@ebs-company.org.
2. Prices
All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after we contact you to confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the order details cannot be confirmed; any payment already made will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay / mobile wallet transfers. For transfers, your order ships after payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery times and fees are confirmed with you when we confirm your order. Please check the package when it arrives and tell us about any visible damage within 48 hours.
6. Warranty
Devices come with a 1-year local warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, water or physical damage. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Installation
Our devices are designed for easy installation. Devices connected to mains electricity (switches, breakers, relays) should be installed by a qualified electrician. EBS Company is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect wiring.
9. Third-party apps and services
Devices work through the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app and may integrate with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. These services are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for changes to or interruptions of them.
10. Privacy
We use your personal data only to process your orders and support you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
